1. DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU WANT?
Consider what you want vs. what you don't want. You'll need to differentiate between the form and the essence. The most important part of this step is to not focus on what you don't want; instead, it's essential to concentrate on what you want to experience. Your subconscious mind says YES to what you give focus too. So if you don't want illness, focus on perfect health, if you don't want to have a life that is lacking, concentrate on abundance.
People often focus on what they don't want, instead of what they would like to experience. If you desire to attract something, ask yourself, "what feeling would this give me?". By focusing on what you want, you expand the options.
There are many other ways to experience your desired feeling even now, and by experiencing that feeling right now, you further open yourself to attract the things you want.
Often, we chase things, only to discover that they didn't give us the feeling we expected. And even if what you originally had in mind doesn't bring you exactly what you wanted, the process could bring you further insight into many different ways to enrich your life as well as open yourself up to opportunities that allow you to experience more of that feeling.
2. OWN IT
Once you know what you want, you must use your powerful imagination and FEEL that you already have it. Use all of your senses, while in a state of self-hypnosis, you can vividly imagine yourself as if you're already enjoying the desired thing or circumstance. I recommend that you also re-live your life, in your mind, believing you've always had this thing you'd like to experience.
The point of going deep with self-hypnosis is that it will allow you to put your conscious mind (and the awareness of the world) aside long enough to experience your desired experience as REAL for you.
Your subconscious mind doesn't distinguish between what you may interpret as real - and what your mind experiences. The unconscious mind concludes that something is real if it FEELS REAL to you.

3. REMOVE OBSTACLES
Successful self-hypnosis is like planting seeds, decide what you want to grow then plant the seeds. You need to imagine and genuinely feel you already have the desired outcome. Don't concern yourself with how the plant is going to grow. It has the intelligence to fulfill its purpose. You just watch for weeds and pull them if necessary.
When you plant seeds of the outcome you want in your subconscious mind, any doubts, fears, anxieties, conflicting beliefs are weeds that you will have to uproot.
Should the goal feel too overwhelming, cut it down into smaller, achievable goals that you can believe are attainable now. It doesn't matter what others have accomplished. What you think is possible is the only thing that matters.
Other people's accomplishments can inspire you, but whether you'd be able to accomplish the same, depends on what you believe is possible for you and the action, you're willing to take. Keep in mind though, it's more than just thinking. Those who believe that you can just think positive thoughts and then sit back and wait will rarely ever see success. Once you decide, you then have to take every opportunity to move towards that thing. Sometimes people look for reassurances, asking people for their opinions if something is possible. Yet this action can tell your subconscious mind that there is doubt. The subconscious mind is the doorway to unlimited potential to get and create absolutely anything you may ever want. The power of your mind is endless. 4. TRUSTING & RELEASING
The most challenging step for most people and it takes some practice, is to trust in the wisdom/power of your mind completely, to be able to bring into your experience what you've decided you want. To trust that the very best thing is unfolding for you, even when "bad" things are happening. Everything is an opportunity to move towards what we said we want if we find the growth in the circumstances in front of us.
Have you ever noticed sometimes when you decide on something, then forget about it, the thing you thought about, actually happens. That's because you have spontaneously let go, and by "forgetting" about it, your deep subconscious work took over and created that experience in your life.
Sometimes the things we want are important, and it's challenging to foresee where it's going to come from, and trusting can feel like walking on a tightrope. However, with practice, it gets easier.
One of the quickest ways of releasing, letting go and trusting is by practicing gratitude and expressing gratitude for what you need or desire as if you have already received it. This practice will help your mind move away from worry and focus on the actual goal.

5. PAY ATTENTION
Sometimes what you ask for will come into your life in a different way than what you envisioned. It is essential to notice and acknowledge that what you asked for has manifested for you in some way.
Sometimes what you receive can be even better than what you asked. Or other times, it may not look at all like what you wanted. However, these times it may be just a sign that what you asked for is on its way. It's important not to give up, but to continue thinking that what you desire or maybe even something better is heading your way.
Always lovingly examine your beliefs, doubts, worries, insecurities, or feelings of unworthiness towards what you asked. Use self-hypnosis to tackle these obstacles. Sometimes the most significant work we do in hypnosis is updating old scripts with new, more accurate information.
Remember that your experiences can reflect what's in your thoughts, so when you don't like what you're experiencing, you only need to change your mind.
