FIRE IN THE HEART ONLINE WORKSHOP

You can not armour the heart against pain, without also shielding it from joy. Let's stoke the fire in the heart and

explore! Let's make room for the heart.

We will do grief work. Joy work! And talk boundaries. 

We will look at the shield of the heart, and talk about protection, scar tissue, and more. There will be some small movement, meditation, hypnotherapy, conversation, journaling, and so on.

This is for the woman who is yearning to feel, but perhaps is afraid to open her heart. She is wanting creative juicy living. She may be in need of some connection. Connection to her body, imagination, heart, breath, and sisterhood.
